Elena Bazu is a graphic and wed designer, photographer and a blogger that I can relate to. We are from same origin and like me she moved to NYC where she pursued her career in design. I find her work inspirational and close to my own taste and style. Her photography is superb and I love reading her posts.
West Elm is the website that sells interesting furniture and decor. I am a big fan of its modern design and aethetics. The web site is a great source of insparation and ideas not only for decor, but for any creative project
The New Yorker is the magazine that I am subscribed to and happen to read more than any other periodical. I really enjoy their illustrations and find them brilliant, fun and tastful.Their website is full of articles with unique illustrations and photography. I love the typography choices. And of coarse the writing is excellent. I find their choice of topics diverce and very current. A lot of art movemnts and happenings are explored on its pages.
