1. Changing the odds (9th-11th grade)
• A development program offered in my high school to help young teens to stay positive, informed, healthy, and help teens be responsible members of the Bronx community.
• Helped with planting trees in my community, informed my high school about safe sex, interacted with the elderly in a shelter, and what I took away from the program is that there is always something you can do in your community to help out.
2. Bronx Works summer youth program (July 2013-August 2013)
• A six-week summer program in a summer camp where I was a junior counselor.
• My role was to supervise and interact with the kids to ensure a fun and safe summer camp experience.
3. Dominican Studies institute (Work Study)
• My position was to catalogue names of individuals who corresponded with the study being done.
• Analyze information and input them in an excel document.
4. Staples (August 2016-2017) Sales associate
• Constantly interacting with the customers
• I would unload boxes and bring them out to the floor
• Organize the merchandise place the items where they need to go
• Fix the mid stock and bring down merchandise to keep the isles full
5. Staples (2017-currently) Tech associate
• Interacting with the customers
• Sell electronics (printers, shredders, laptops, etc)
